Beautiful sets from the woods and beach Derek!
MedicineMan404, stunning.
Peire, that looks like a dream place to be, I'm envious. Very nice set as always!
Some more from Stockholm with A7 and CV 35/1.7 VM. The weather was lovely, perfect for strolling around. Btw. I recognized some of wfrank's hunting grounds.
I brought Voigtlander 15 and 35 and it was a great kit for walking around in a city. Very light and I'm happy with the results from both, but the jump from 15 to 35 is a bit too large so I think I'll get a 21mm eventually. (15mm is great with 28 and 50.)
Photo taken May 7, 2016 with Tim Devine at 12:47 PM from below Ozone Falls, Ricketts Glen State Park, PA. Image taken with my tripod mounted A7rM V3 camera and my Leica M 24mm f3.8 Elmar Asph lens, ISO 50, lens set to f11 for 1/15 seconds. Exposure corrected by -0.12 Stops and processed with CornerFix and LR6.
Edited another image I had of the Milky Way with a slightly different composition than I previously posted. I also learned a bit more about editing Milky Way images so here is another attempt. This should be the last image I'll share from my trip.
Impressive scale on this MW image. That observatory makes it work. Beautiful sight and the last bit of light hitting the observatory gives me an impression of a summer night.
And MedicineMan´s glacier photo is one the best I have seen lately from the place. It is not a static pose of a blue chunk of ice on black sand but very dynamic photo in which those ice chunk seem to be on a roll. Surfing on the waves almost.
One more set for now. OK, this lens is officially fun! Please excuse my exuberance! On a day like today, just set the aperture to f/11 and you can almost cover the entire range of the lens by putting the infinity mark just to f/11. All of these were essentially shot that way. Point and shoot!
