Sorry, I was out-of-town and I couldn't express my appreciation to the kind comments using a mobile device. It was simply too cumbersome to do that. I just caught up with my "like" buttons to numerous excellent images that have been posted while I was away. Kudos to everyone !

Forgot to congratulate Joshua for his amazing Antelope shot!
People, (Bob, Werner, Gregg, others), congrats on your new lenses. I am still learning how to use my own FE 85 GM.
René, Ronny, Charles, Bob, super stuff! Others too, just my memory is as weak as your images are strong...
Here is the first image from a trip to Vegas.... again. I applied the smooth reflection app on this and set it to medium. I believe the camera took approximately 16 shots on this. I am not quite sure but the image became more colorful than normal with seemingly more gradation.

Awesome shot, Joshua Try custom setting as you can set any number of shots you decide on
Yup. That smooth reflection app sure comes in handy, doesn't it. I've been enjoying using it lately.
So how are you finding that Batis 18? and would you keep both the Batis and the sigma 20?
The Batis wins on size and weight and filter-friendliness. But the sigma is twice as fast.
I'm torn.

Thank you, Charles! I definitely have to play with it some more later. I didn't want to loose the still available blue colors of the sky, playing around with the setting. So, I just kept it at that . I did similar shots over the years during visits to the Sin City and I pre-envisioned that image for the app. Finally, I got to use it for the first time and I am pleased with the results.

I love the Batis, it is really light although rather bulky towards the front. It depends whether I do a lot of starscape photography or not in the future. If yes, I may keep them both. If not, I will sell the Sigma but the Batis 18 stays . On the other hand, it is fun using the Sigma though. It is an ultra wide angle lens but very fast. The image coming from it is unique. Actually, it is also a great lens not only for starscape..... but the weight and bulk are a tad too much. The jury is still out .
