This time, I need to congratulate Helena (gorgeous B&W "barn" set), Derek (both your sets, though I hate you for showing what an idiot I was for selling my Contax G 45), Jochen (stunning capture! - or is it awesome?-), Jako (what a portrait!!!). Apologies to others; also deserving congrats.
100% crop with FE 85.
The pictures in this thread continuous to amaze me. Here is one from yesterday, took a walk in a forrest close to home.
A7, Canon EF 100 mm f2.8L IS Macro
A quick question: The Metabones and/or Sigma adapter - for adapting Canon lenses to use with AF etc - you must either have the A7, A7R, A7II or A7RII? The A7s won't work well with these adapters due to lack of phase detection AF, right?
Photo taken at 7:35 PM on June 10, 2015 of Ferns, Big Meadows, Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. Image taken with my tripod mounted Leica R 280mm f4 Apo Telyt lens with my Leica R 1.4X Apo Extender and my A7r; ISO 400, lens set to effective aperture of probably f8 at 1/160 second. Exposure corrected by +0.48 Stops and processed in LR6.
The last image from the Lower Antelope Canyon - This is a bracketed exposure towards underexposure to compensate for the sky. Lens used is Canon 11-24mm f/4. Yes, it is big and heavy but I love it! It shines in tight spaces , like inside the canyon in this case.
