I got my new Rayqual C/Y to Nex adapter today. Much better than the cheapo one I was using. Here's a few images using the macro mode on the Vario-Sonnar 35-70/3.4. All images handheld.
Gregg, thank you The 2 new acquisitions GM 85 and Loxia 21 were really exchanges for the Batis 85 and 85L II.
My kit is simplifying Loxia 21, Batis 25, FE 35/1.4, GM 85 and ZA 135 for travelling and maybe 50L/50 Cron IV while my wife Marisa takes the A7s FE 35/2.8 and FE 55/1.8
These are several additional images of the West Fork of Oak Creek Canyon near Sedona, Arizona. There are some remnants of an old burnt out lodge that was a famous retreat for movie stars, writers and politicians of another age. A7RII with Leica WATE.

I just made it back from a trip to the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons and Monument Valley. While in Page, AZ, where the two slot canyons are located, the internet connection was still OK, choppy but manageable. But the internet connection at Monument Valley, as expected, was almost non-existent. The cellular phone connection, on the other hand, was actually excellent but no data.
While I was away, there are so many great images posted here. This thread is truly inspirational! Kudos to everyone!
There are so many images that I will have to go through from the trip. Here is a moonlit image of Lake Powell and Wahweep Marina, while waiting for the clouds to dissipate for some astrophotography and the moon to set. It was taken at 3:20AM .
