By the Flickr EXIF, it looks like you're using the 70-400G on the a7. Is that with the lea3 or 4? How do you find the AF speed to be?
I'm looking for a good long lens, mostly for birds in trees and landscapes like your shots here. Definitely like the look of the lens, and your pictures show it off well!
This is with the LAEA4. I have found the autofocus to be surprisingly good and I can even use the outer focus points most of the time. The tracking isn't bad either, but the lens is somewhat slow to focus. The autofocus with the LAEA4 reminds me of my Canon 40D I used to have. Limited points, but gets the job done. The points are cluttered towards the center, so I sometimes have to focus and recompose.
Photo taken last evening, April 16, 2016 at about 27 minutes before sunset looking at an in bloom Cherry Tree and the Moon, Lock Ridge Park, Alburtis, PA. Image taken with my tripod mounted A7rM and my Zeiss 35mm f1.4 Distagon ZM lens. ISO 400, lens set to f11 for 1/100 second and processed with Cornerfix and LR6.
Renè: What exp. time (frames) did you use? I would have used a longer exp. to soften even more the sky and the water. I think in day light you have to use a ND filter and the app to get very long exposures. The app + ND underexposes by one stop.
Have a nice Sunday!

Really nice work! I just browsed your flickr gallery and really enjoyed your monochromatic street/architectural shots. +Follow'ed on flickr
Thank you very much Charles! Means a lot since I love your photos.
The strong field curvature on my A7 is unfortunate, but other than that the CV 35/1.7 is very good. One of the sharpest lenses I have ever used and the bokeh, while not as smooth as the RX1 lens of course, is surprisingly good for a 35mm.
I just started evaluating the Batis 25. Here are 4 shots i took yesterday at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry.
I didn't do too much in post (just touched the white-balance and a minor exposure adjustment in CapOnev9). But, with this much noise, i should have run it through DxO. Although, I am really excited with how clean the a7r2 does ISO 3200.

Theres a solitary Dandelion growing out of a drystone wall in my yard. This morning when it was in the shade it had closed right up but by mid morning it was fully open.
