Love the variety of excellent pictures from different parts of the world in this thread. I went to the Longwood Gardens that once belonged to the DuPont family. It's quite a place but the tulips gardens were not quite ready yet, maybe another 10 days.
Photo taken at 8:43 AM on June 8, 2015 of a cascade down stream of Dark Hollow Falls, Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. Image taken with my tripod mounted A7r and my Leica R 28mm f2.8 Elmarit V2 lens, ISO 50, lens set to about f16 for 0.8 second. Exposure corrected by +0.36 Stops and processed in LR6.
I was visiting my daughter this past weekend in Milwaukee and had some free time. So, I went and visited an old abandoned factory I used to photography many years ago. While the place is quite run down now, it still yields some fun images.
Thanks Gregg. I shot this place many years ago with Canon gear. It also looked more intact back then when we had to sneak into the place. Now, you can simply walk in!
Until I get a modern 35ish, I'm really enjoying my Canon 35mm f/1.8 LTM, though it does show its vintage. Zone focusing isn't as easy as when making small film prints , but I still like this photo a lot. This little cafe near my place in Sydney has fantastic coffee and lamb pies.
Very nice Helena! Love the "look" you create!
Nehemia...seeing more and more photos with the Contax 100-300! Very nice.

Thanks Gregg!
Got tired of waiting for something longer than 200mm for FE, so I picked up the 100-300 and of course, just a couple days before Sony announces the 70-300...go figure. Having said that, I am really enjoying shooting the different Zeiss lines. The signatures from the Contax and Contax N line arejust lovely. I liked the ZA glass, but the fingerprint isn't as heavy, files feel less accented by the lens, didn't quite have the richness. I'll be curious to get my hands on the new Milvus line.
