I'm starting to shoot more again and testing some of my
favorite lenses: A7R + CV125
I have a quick question, now that a lot of you have used the 35FE.. What do you think is better, using the Zeiss 24/1.8 E (36mm) or using the Zeiss 35/2.8 FE?

I have a Contax mount version I got a few years ago, like new from Matsuiyastore
when they were still selling the best quality lenses anywhere. $1600, not kidding
Will never sell it.

I think it's because you're so use to the 50mm Summilux-ASPH
I too am not convinced the 55 FE is the lens everyone is making it out to be - for me.. I'm having a hard time liking it, and I tend to use my 50 MPZE more on the A7 (honestly though, I haven't touched the A7 since the M240 came back from Germany).
snowboarder - I haven't seen you around in a while, use to love your 100mp 50mp 21ze shots.. What are you using now?!

I like the FE55 but have yet to come to terms with MF:ing it. It's magnificently sharp. I find it not that unsimilar to the Contax G 45, which in turn have another MF problem with the (abscense) of a ring.
