A72 and Contax lenses at Minnesota's north shore.
Love the rendering even on this gloomy light. I was not able to recognize, which Contax lenses - can you share details? If I would have to quess the ones with mild barrel distortion are from some 50mm Planar and the longer focal length ones from some variant of 85-100mm Sonnar.
Can't wait to get back my A7 with Kolari thin filter to see how much this lens field curvature and boke improves - it was pretty good already on standard A7; love the way how it makes subject stand out from rest of the photo - Carl Zeiss Distagon T* 2.8/28 CY @ f/5.6, 1/100s, ILCE-7 @ ISO 400
I actually slipped on a rock and slammed my camera hand down on a rock to catch my balance. I stopped my fall with the front edge of the 50 1.7 - it hit hard. Everything seems fine, just put a nice mark on the barrel. I got pretty lucky, I was being too careless.
Luvwine, your shots of Horsetail Falls at Yosemite at sunset are breathtakingly beautiful. You were there at the perfect time (mid to late February) for that incredible shot. Great work.
After seeing the shots of the interior of the St. Peter's Basilica by Joshua, I am hesitant to post more shots of church interiors. . Anyway, I am having fun learning to use the Canon 24mm T&S II on my Sony. Here are some shots of the Washington National Cathedral. They are still fixing parts of the building from the damages caused by a rare earthquake in our region in 2011. I hope the processing doesn't look too "spooky".

A bit of blown out highlights but wanted to try some long exposures into the rising sun with the 14-stop ND
Bob, are these stitched images? Water seems a "normal" exposure... Thanks to feed my curiosity

I was there and that morning I was stunned by your energy and ability to place and manage that light stand so fast

Douglas, don't worry... this is the normal effect produced by Joshua pictures
Excellent visions and very good vertical lines
I like your images from the Washington National Cathedral very much, Douglas . Don't sell yourself short, please! We are here to share our enthusiasm about photography. We always learn from each other. Right, Manuel? Sadly, my body has seen better days....
