Thanks Manual, in this case my feet were on dry land....although I do go into the water sometimes. I usually wear canyoneering boots so I can keep a good grip on the wet rocks. Even if I"m not shooting from the water, I often have to cross it.
Great shots of the Lotus...love that car. I think I have a matchbox version of that from when I was younger.

Tim, always lovely visions from you of waterfalls... may I know if you take these pictures from water? I mean, your feet are underwater during these captures? BTW great compsition and mood
Greggf, wonderful processing on the car shot. Home grown or a plug-in?
Thanks Jim! A little of both. My own pp with a dose of Analog Efex Pro ll...btw, love the rendering of the M Summarit.
Thank you Gregg I shoot landscapes at f/8 or between f/8 - f/11 at max to avoid diffraction. For street shots, as on past few pages, I mostly used f/5.6 On occasion, and to isolate subject, I shoot wide open. As for magenta removal please try -5 to -10 'Purples' slider in HLS/Grayscale tab of ARC after applying CornerFix. PS. Great PP on the Chevy image!
That's kinda what I was thinking, too. I love the rendering up close and WO too.
Bob...love the green door grab. Wasn't that a movie in the 70's?
I just clicked through three pages of high quality work that were posted within less than 24 hours. You guys are amazing.
Ronny: Outstanding as always. Thanks for praising my humble attempts at not dragging down the excellent overall quality of this thread .
Charles: Great portraits as always. Did you take those wide open?
Jako: that series of back alley shots is extremely impressive. I really like that last shot of the jade (?) Buddha statue and the natural color palette displayed in it.
Bob: Nice streets shots from the Big Easy. I was wondering what kind of place with the blue lights on the ceiling was?
Werner: Beautiful BW rendition two pages back.
Rene: Those are some beautiful mountain vistas.
Tim: Great composition of that waterfall shot. Those two logs make for a great frame or part thereof.
Helena: Beautiful, moody autumn mist shots.
Greggf: The car shot is interesting, it really "screams that 70's car" (or was it 60s?) .
From yesterday's walk in the park. I was wondering whether I should have pushed the colors some more. Any comments/advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Was at the beach for a seminar and decided while walking on the beach with my wife, to try to grab a couple of shots of shore birds. Have not done that in years and it is a lot harder with a manual focus lens than when I had a big autofocus telephoto! Anyway, nothing special, but thought I would share. Also, one of the resident Macaw at the hotel at which we were staying. All are crops and handheld. All A7r2 with Leica R 280/4 with 1.4x.
