Took the ZA 24-70mm f2.8 out today on the A7R, using the LA-EA4 adapter.
Boy, that sure is a nice camera/lens combination. Really looks like serious business, feels good in the hand, not too heavy. And the A7R sensor seems to love that lens.
Anyway, here's a couple of childish pieces of graffiti from around my neighborhood. I liked the bold colors and the way this sensor & lens combo gives such biting detail.

i also have a D800E and a lot of glass that i've acquired over the years
the a7r is a great tool, that is so much smaller than the Nikon
i look forward to using all kinds of new and old glass that would never work with my Nikon

My wife and i where cooking together, then she was peeling a kohlrabi in a way that the paring was just one piece.

We were there last year around this time.
A very special experience which want last that long anymore the way it is now, I think.
I photographed a lot there with the Sigma DPm2 and the Ricoh GXR with leica lenses.
Cuba is a heaven for texture and colour.
My advise is to expose a little more to the light because a lot of your pictures are a little hard
with blown highlights. The light is so fierce in Cuba.

f/11: yes and no
- lens is magnificient in zones A and B already f/4-5.6, but corners improve still at f/11 due to field curvature
- it was -20C and I was not going to bother removing my mittens between shots to adjust aperture as f/11 is still ok from diffraction point of view (can focus and shoot with mittens, using corner of remote controller corner to push zoom button to focus, but with mittens there is no way how I could change aperture on ZE or FE lens)
