Sebboth, great image of the Multnomah Falls. Here are a couple of images of another of the other many falls in this area. The second one a stitch.
The first is taken with the FE 35/2.5, the second the Minolta Rokkor-X MC 50/1.4 PG. This is becoming one of my favorite lenses. I have tested it against two Canon FD 50/1.4's and two Zeiss Planar 50/1.7's. Maybe I just hit the jackpot on sample variation.
thanks! i'm surprised how well it turned out – i was showing it to the inlaws in the middle of the day and a couple school buses worth of kids on field trips were swarming around. i just was able to grab a quick handheld stitch.
really like that first one btw!
i agree about the rokkor MC PG 50/1.4, i also prefer it over most other 50's including the c/y 50/1.7 and nFD. i seldom use mine now though since i got the 58/1.2 which is almost as sharp and doesn't show those pesky hexagons as much.
a couple family pics with the m 35 lux pre-asph, probably all at f/2:
More superb images from everyone. As for Ronny's trip to Iceland well, our expectations were obviously going to be high and they certainly don't disappoint - fantastic and the colours are extraordinary.
Some from South Devon in September (A7R with Voigtlander 15mm Heliar III for the first and Voigtlander Apo Lanthar 90mm for the second):
Ronny, you are a great photographer, and your pictures are a joy. But your glacier shot, to me, is something else. I would have seen in a gallery for 5000€+, I wouldn't have been the least bit surprised. I might even have wondered about getting it.

A couple of shots (on A7R) with the ridiculously small Rokkor 250mm f5.6 The first is a bit odd, just a very early morning shot hanging over the balcony of our hotel room in Paris before hurriedly setting off to the Gare de Lyon. Our stay in Paris was sadly cut short by train delays but I was determined to take at least one photograph and this was it!.
