Photo taken the evening of August 26, 2015 about 4 minutes before sunset near the top of the Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA. Image heavily cropped and exposure adjusted, taken with my tripod mounted "new" Canon new FD 500mm f4.5 L lens and my A7r, ISO 200, lens set to about f11 for 1/250 second. Processed in LR6.
Thanks Phillippe!
Michiel...interesting rendering of that Meyer Primoplan 58...very retro! Is that mini-Michiel?
Rich...great shot of the moon!
Rene...love your BW conversion!
Peire...your lens collection still astounds me! How many lenses again??

More A7rM and Summilux M 50 ASPH
Love the bokeh and style of Lux 50 asph. It does some things better than FE 55 1.8 even on stock A7r tho the problems caused me to sell it. Center sharpness is great and it is elegant to use--just a fine piece of craftsmanship. Enjoy!
This from the Rii + LAEA3 + 70-400g2.
It would have been nice if the EOS 100-400ii had played nicer with the Metabones IV
but I'm very satisfied with the combo listed above. Not quite as sharp as the 100-400ii
but not too far off either- The Sleuth by MedicineMan4040, on Flickr
We'd done hummingbirds earlier in the summer with multiple flashes freezing wings, but it was
actually harder finding one sitting on a natural perch-this one way up high in a pear tree-
Testing out action photo with the A7R2, Some hit and miss but then i also needed to keep the swing moving (Higher, higher, higher...) while taking the pictures.. However when in sync with the swing even the eye focus did work sometime.. Need more testing also with regards to settings.
Bonus:
"Ipsy Dipsy Spider WOW!" eller Imse Vimse Spindel WOW!
Yeah looks good. Is this on the A7rII? I have one and it is not so good on my A7r. That's why I am selling it.
it is a great lens on a Leica and I loved it on the Ricoh GXR.
