Nice set Helena . . . everyone else for that matter too!
Went for a lunchtime walk to the Guthrie Theater area near my office in Minneapolis. The first is with the Batis 85 and the rest with the Batis 25 on the A7rII

More images of the extremely beautiful area . Sardinia .

Love your images of Capo Testa (correct me if I am wrong) Rene. Much better than the ones I took in June which were a bit of a disappointment given that the place seemed to offer some wonderful photographic opportunities. The visibility was nowhere near as good then, it was a bit hazy (that's my excuse to myself anyway) and Bonifacio was but a smudge on the horizon. Looking forward to seeing some more, even though they will upset me again!

Unfortunately not .. Wish it were the case, but I have not had the desire of photographing anything past time ... Probably a A7R II and a 85 batis had healed this
However, there is no room for such desires ;(
Ronny, sorry to hear that. We all go through photo burn-out stages at times.
Myself, I lately enjoy more days of summer and chilled wine than photography. Hopefully autumn will bring us motivational changes
Hi eveyone. This is my first post to FM. I have to admit I've been creeping around and stalking this thread for awhile now. And because of the fantastic images here, I had no choice but to buy my first Sony Camera (A7rii). If any of you feel guilty about causing me to dig into my pockets that deep feel free to Paypal me to alleviate that guilt. But seriously, really great pics on this thread that I've enjoyed looking at them all.
As a Canon shooter I was ready for something new. The DR was a big draw for me. But, with change comes some bumps in the road and for now that bump is connecting my lenses with the Metabones adapter. I'm not getting aperture, focal points and focus confirm. Aperture will show up for a brief moment but is gone before I can actually change it. I'm in talks with Metabone via email, like I'm sure several folks are right now. Hope I can get it dialed in soon.
Here's a couple of pics that turned out decent without having those features. It sure will be nice when it all works.

Definitely a faulty adapter. Hope Metabones gets things turned around quickly for you.
