I hesitate to add one given how fine the pics have been of late. I have tried several times to get a pic of these falls and not yet been completely happy. This was from a few months ago. Here is a two image stitch with A7r and Leica M 90/2 AA
Pinhole, Bob, Joan(When were you in CA??), Dale, MedicineMan, and Luvwine, all great images!
Luvwine...the last pic with the 70-200 f4 is incredible!!
Gregg
A7rM and ZM 35 1.4 BW's
Great pictures all around. Where is that, dasrocket? Certainly not Toronto!
In the same vein as the terrific pinball shot above, here are some images from the "Musee Mechanique" in San Francisco. All with the ZA 24-70 f2.8 on an LA-EA3
After having sold my A7II 3 months ago, I'm back to the Sony family, this time with a new A7RII and two lenses, the FE28 and the FE55. So, I thought I would share some recent images from it.
Photo taken the evening of July 16, 2015, about 24 minutes before sunset looking at farmers fields along Loch Valley Road, New Tripoli, PA. Image taken with my tripod mounted Leica R 180mm f3.4 Apo Telyt lens and my A7r, ISO 100, lens set to about f11 for 1/10 second and processed in LR6.
Finally, I made it back home last night after being away for 6 weeks. I spent some time in Greece, Spain, and Portugal. Actually, we also stayed in Holland as my European hub (went back and forth like 4 times) but I didn't go out to take pictures there... . I wished I did but it was simply too hectic and we needed time to recover from the previous trip and to prepare for the next one. Two bodies, A7 II and A7s, 4 native FE lenses, 28mm f/2.0, 55mm f/1.8, 16-35 f/4.0 and 70-200mm f/4. The setup was not really light and/or compact and not too bad. Even at my age, I didn't have any problems carrying that gear setup during the entire trip . And I am pleased with the setup and not only did it deliver and it did so without any glitch. The A7s excelled in low light during certain events.
Tons of great images were posted on this thread but I couldn't pull up the pages while away since the internet connection wasn't that good at all. I missed the turn to 1,000th page and missed the availability of the A7r II while I was gone . I setup the delivery of the new camera to coincide with the first day of my return home and indeed, B&H came through. It is on the UPS truck now for today's delivery .
The last images I posted were from Meteora, Greece in the first week of the trip. Here are two images from Madrid, Spain taken on the first day/night. I wanted to post more but for whatever reasons I couldn't although I shrank down the files significantly..... Hmm, it seems to work now .
rji2goleez, I love the processing on your shots..
A couple with the Samyang 85, 1.4, wide open. Not sure whether I am really lucky, but my copy is incredibly sharp wide open..
I broke out my Canon FD50/1.4 and tried it out on the A7rII. I know others have stated that the new A7rII makes lenses look better than on their native mount cameras. I kind of feel the same way here.
