Thanks Nuno .. it was anyway a effort .. non't something to hang on the wall, think they not iparticularly good.. but I am not entirely unsatisfied either..considering that it was the first time I tried to take pictures of the Milky Way
But most of them were very noisy .. used ISO 6400 on most shots
Great shot Gregg Nuno and Manuel

A little story about the shot " X-Rayed " on the previous page: Was trying my new flashlight, a Lupine ( you can see it on this shot), i.e. a very strong very little LED flashlight, when the smoke of my wife's zigarette hits the light of the flashlight giving nice effects, as you can see from the shot posted here.
One of the shots i took showed the shape of X-Rayed (not as clear as in the final pic ), converted to BW and in PS converted to negative.
A result of coincidence, play, imagination and post processing, well, almost as every shot.....

The eye pic is impressive... great detail
Manuel
Thanks! Makes me wish I had a 1:1 macro. Small aperture - f/5.6 to f/11 and a manually controlled small flash with an off camera flash cable. Flash was an inherited Nikon SB-20, direct (no diffuser) and from the side. The eye is my 7 year old's son. I think I went to MFD and focused by leaning.

Rene' - will you have the A7RII for your trip? I certainly hope so. Can't wait to see it combined with the Batis!
