Hey guys, this most likely have been discussed before but what are you folks using on the long end of your work? My lower back has taken a hit in the past and my 70-200 VR II seems to have been gaining weight. I'm leaning towards a 135 but wanted you guys to chime in.

Aloha,
Joe
180 2.8 D works for me. Relatively lightweight considering its 180mm. I've never had a 135, but did have the 105DC which is similar to the 135DC except for obviously the focal length. It was just too close to the 85 1.4D that I have so didn't want to keep both and also I like to shoot a variety of apertures (bracketing DOF when shooting two or more people) so I didn't end up using the DC much since you really have to set it for the aperture if you want to get the best results, just too fussy in operation when shooting on the go.

Thank you for the suggestion. My friend has that lens but is currently away on a trip. I'll see if I can snag it up from him for a weekend shoot.

I've been playing around with Ektar processing a bit
I started hating VSCO. I have 5 packs and I'm an idiot for purchasing them. Should've sticked with film pack 1 and nothing more. My shots just seem over processed sometimes...
Meh, I have it and rarely play with it. I took Portra 400, modified it, and that's what I always use. For some reason I just started playing with Ektar 100, I doubt it'll last because it's too hard to make look pleasant.
