With 2 version of RX-1's now it sure would be nice to see which model was used for these pics. I have been using a exif reader but many of these shots have the metadata removed. Maybe a RX-1 image thread and a RX-1r image thread might be a way to go now.
This would help those (like me)who may be deciding on if or which RX-1 to buy for their particular genre of image capture. I am in limbo as to one of the RX-1's, the rumored NEX FF, or just the A99 with an equipment bearer . Looking at images helps a bit in decision making at least for me it does.

99%* are with the rx1 and 95%* of the rx1r images are labeled as such.
* i just made these numbers up but i'm pretty sure they're correct ±10%**.
** ok, i'm 99% positive it isn't +10%.
edit: also, it's extremely unlikely you'd be able to see any difference between rx1 and rx1r shots at the sizes posted here.

Yes, fewer threads is almost always preferable. Otherwise fragmentation is inevitable, which leads to chaos, peril, suffering and maybe death. Or at least, mild inconvenience.

That's what the RX1 already caused to some die hard SLR fans. One thread is indeed enough. Maybe Fred can rename the thread to "RX1/RX1R Image thread"
Wayne could do that, but I guess it is self-evident.

That may make it Wayne. (I didn't know the thread starter could rename a thread. I wonder what more self-evidents thing in life I miss totally...)
sebboh: The second image, the girl and the swing, is an image I really like. That is not to say I dislike the wonderful images of your surroundings but I like the mood and the weather in the swing image. I think I would have set the tone curves differently. Maybe out of habit... I learned something from your image there.

thanks! i thought the scene with the fog and evening light was quite photogenic. i've gotten very lazy these days with regard to PP. i just apply ~10 presets to pictures and decide which i like best then do some minor tweaking.
here are couple small handheld stitches with the lens wide open:
