alpenglowing; I like the portrait. Tranquil.
twoeye: I like the 3rd image the best. It seems as those birches have to fight.
...and then we have all the other images. Thank you for sharing!

bathroom is interesting, wondering if those are lights or shower head on poles from the ceiling?
Those are shower heads. The light is coming from the two big holes looking out into the kitchen where a halogen was shining towards the ceiling. Strange construction. (Please note the toilet and consider the fact there is no door - and the big opening takes you right out to the sleeping. The camera is pointed at a big mirror covering the wall of the bathroom. Oh well - such things can happen when temporarily renting a vacation apartment.)
Here are two more:

Both images are examples of what a tourist finds in his last collection after having pointed the camera towards everything remotely interesting. The wall painting is from Berlin, the odd capsule (?) can be found at a Rügen beach in the north of Germany.

great shots everybody! jonas, is that pod some sort of eco housing?
Hi
No, it is an odd lifeguard tower, built in 1975. It wasn't in use last week, perhaps not at all these days. They had other more conventional towers closer to the water when I was there. ebookman - beutiful morning mist with great detail and colors.
sebboh - great sets from Minnesota and Muir woods. #3 from the woods is my fav.
I find the greens from the RX1 to be very saturated and with a yellow tint compared to what I am used to from Canon, and struggle a bit in post especially with landscapes. What is your experience?
One shot from a four day hike in the mountains close to Tromsř, my son enjoying wild berries and pancakes for supper at Blĺkollkoia, a small self-service cabin run by DNT, the Norwegian Trekking Association:

Thank you to all who commented on my people project!
twoeye, really nice photo of your son! Lovely light and colors.
Bob, very nice set from the Holy Name Cathedral.
sebboh, great photos from Minnesota! I especially like the DX one with all the old pumps, No ATV's (funny) and your trees set from Muir woods.
I look forward to see your bus stop project.
Douglas and sebboh, I'd love to have a shot of that walking tunnel with a person in each box. Not sure if I have the patience to wait for it though, we'll see.

Ever since I first got the camera I too have struggled a bit with the WB and often have to tweak individual colors, which can be tiresome. That said; I'm still impressed by the quality of the RX1 files. Really incredible sometimes.

Wonderful shots everyone! Helena, Sebboh, Bob great contributions to this thread. I am an avid watcher, having had the RX1, dropped on the floor recently, but fortunately insurance allowed with the new RX1R.
Shot last night, casual portrait with the RX1R. There is added detail compared with the RX1, but it is question of whether you wish to sharpen or not, depending on your shot of course. Had I not damaged irreparably my RX1, I would just kept it
