I have now had the RX1 for a couple of days so I am still testing. This is a photo of a video editor working in an editing suite under very subdued lighting. As as you can see the computer monitor is competing with the overhead light for dominance. The shot is wide open with auto ISO. The AWB got fooled big time and needed correction. To me, it is an incredible result for a high ISO picture.

Helena, like the first one. What a crazy long staircase on that building. Good luck with your project! I'll be off soon to photograph grizzly bears in AK!

Salmon fishing in the river Stabburselva, Norway:
(I forgot to bring my spare battery, and the one I had was empty when we started catching some fish at the end of the week, so I will not bother you with any trophy photos )

I have been following this thread since it started, and have been loving the quality of the images in it, being a Zeissaholic. Finally, I decided to give in. I just sold all my NEX gear and pre-ordered the RX1R with the EVF.
I can hardly wait to get it.

The RX1 is slowly getting me back to photography. After having spent so much time looking at all the great images in this thread it is time for some payback. That bar will be lowered but so it is. Vacation snaps:
Above: a washing room, and from another bathroom with myself in the frame:
As everybody else I'm very happy with the RX1. It's relaxing as it let's me shoot away without having to care about much.

Thank you Jochen, Bob and Wayne!
Wayne, photographing grizzly bears sounds exciting. Hope you'll have a great trip! In three weeks we're going up north in Norway, by the border to Russia. There are quite a few bears there as well, but I doubt that we'll see any.
Bob, nice photos of your son's band! I also like the street photo of the woman above.
twoeye, what a great set! All are well composed and have great light and atmosphere.
Another from my "People in urban environment" project.

Thank you everyone for your likes& comments!
Helena - I like your last image a lot with its repetition of different walking characters and pattern of windows modified by different reflections/curtains/blinds. The lift and red dots adds to the story.
Great images everyone, and congrats to no less than three or four new RX1 owners only on this page. Enjoy!
Some landscapes from Stabburselva:
The RX1 has been a great camera for a week long trek like this, lightweight and always at hand.

I really like this one, Helena. You might even consider going back and camping in that spot until you manage to snap one person centered in each little "box."
