I love this little camera. I used it for some panorama's recently on a backpacking trip where I couldn't afford to carry any more weight than the RX1R plus tripod, filters, and batteries. Oh and the RX1003 as a side companion =)

Top of the Enchantments. I have been up that stupid Asgard pass a few times. What a work out but well worth it. Great pictures !

Get the L bracket grip you can find on Amazon or Ebay, its about $59 and worth every penny

The vertical part you can remove, but the grip part of it is just so comfortable and revolutionizes the handling of the camera.

The curve of the grip blends right into the curve on the back of the body and makes the camera feel so secure.

Some great shots in this thread!

Here a shot of some bull Elk at a ranch I visited a couple of weeks ago. I was able to get this picture right before they scattered away in the fog. We were out there for 5 hours and this was the only time we saw them. It was a magical moment!
