I love this little camera. I used it for some panorama's recently on a backpacking trip where I couldn't afford to carry any more weight than the RX1R plus tripod, filters, and batteries. Oh and the RX1003 as a side companion =)

JakAHearts, You will love it. It is the most important focal length for walk around and also happen to be the best that can compete anything out there.

Here a shot of some bull Elk at a ranch I visited a couple of weeks ago. I was able to get this picture right before they scattered away in the fog. We were out there for 5 hours and this was the only time we saw them. It was a magical moment!
