Leady Gonzales, those stitches are just amazing. Feel free to post more. =)

While looking for a 50mm that fits my taste, the Olympus 50/1.2 recently came into my hands. The bokeh has a tendency to make bright rings, especially wide open, not to my taste but some others may like it. Chromatic aberration in the high contrast areas have been fixed in Photoshop, but i didn't otherwise process this photo much.

Oh yes, that Vespashot is really something! Looks though that it would benefit from a slight NR, or perhaps simply mask sharpening may be enough. Just a cent, awesome shot nevertheless!

Wow Leady, you processed that on an iPad? Never realize iPads had that much processing power.

After waiting for weeks, my nikkor 50 is here from hong kong, Here's two shots wide open. Really like how it resists purple edges at 1.2

hey folks,

so sometimes working at a camera store has it's perks!
an old timer came in with a minolta set up and wanted us to look it over (the camera was broken) so we ran a roll through it and came to the same conclusion.
anyway, the guy told us to keep it or just throw it out.
well, as it turns out the lens attached was a Minolta 50mm md f1.2!
anyone have any experience with the lens? i just ordered the kipon adapter for my Xpro1 so we'll see how it goes.
