I dellt with a man from KEH who was so helpful and so nice. The entire experience was great, thanks joanlvh

Added a second 5D MK II from the Canon refurb store during the sale, and my wife said pick yourself out a lens while you are at it, so she ended up getting me a 17-40 L since I didn't have an UWA. I also got a Kirk L plate for the new 5D II.

I gratefully received a 24mm f1.4II and a Lowepro Nova 200.
I love the camera bag, chestnut brown, can get lots of gear inside, well made. If I carried it on my shoulder full of gear I would probably break my back after 20 minutes, but offers good protection and can switch bits easily & quickly to a smaller comfortable bag.
The 24mm however, not so good, already regrabbed the 35mm equivalent to ensure pictures of our son's first Xmas are reasonable. Is it possible a new lens needs warming up? For example the user is unfamiliar, the blades need to fully lubricate, the autofocus needs easing in. The EF mount is extremely tight when mounting the camera, therefore surely everything needs breaking in. So much so testing 'new' lenses in a shop is difficult.
