Yeah...that's the problem. I"m saving for 2 new cameras (2 1DIV's), but I don't think i'll be able to hold out.
I have a 135L and it's fantastic. I don't know how much use it'll see because of the 70-200, but it lets me know what to expect from a 24/35.

I guess you don't need to be reminded that there's also a couple of f/1.2 L primes, too. Rumour has it that there's a f/1.0 as well, but all we have now is a few empty boxes...
I've recently heard that there's even one that's both faster and longer than your beauty 135/2L.

Unless it's given to me, I'll never buy a 200 1.8 LoL haha. I'll get the 200 f/2 though.
In all honesty, and I know it's ridiculous for me, the only lenses that interest me are
24L, 35L or not, doesn't matter. 16-35mk2, and a 300/400 f/2.8
Just for "fun", I'd like a 17-55, 24-105, and a few others, but the only "want" lenses is the missing trinity piece, a "real" super telephoto, and a fast L.

My wife said "I feel bad that I'm not buying you any camera stuff for Christmas"
She said she almost jumped on that 70-200 mk2 when it was on sale...
I don't really "need" anything right now but I got a lens align and a Yosemite photo book that will keep me going for a while. I'll wait till the 100-400 mk2 comes out and then soften her up for that.
