Whoa! The dramatic potential of this amazing! After doing it straight like this I'd love to see
some artistic processing on it too. Awesome!
Where is that BTW?
Here's the last three from the set I did with the 85/2.8... All those were taken within a a few hour
period BTW. There's about 80 more but not processed...
Anyway, here's the last three of the ones I processed:

The mountain name is Sassopiatto, which belongs to the Sassolungo group in Dolomites (North-East Italy)
I will try some different PP, having already had two requests in this direction.
Thanks for your comments,
francesco
Bif - Great shots. The hearse shot makes me want to cover my thumb ( my tradition)
Francesco - I really like the 85 2.8 mountain shot.
Naektargal- Nice composition. Foreground make the shot
hvhchrist - nice color with 35
Raul Kaw - Beautiful shot of Lake Tenaya. Did you use polarizer ? I really like the tone of rock
Feto - Congrats !!
mike - Gorgeous color of foliage #1 is my fav
nixland- lovely shots with 85. Last one is my favorite
Finds from last week with 50 cy /1.4 with various aperture
Another couple of ZF.2 28/2 shots, taken on consecutive evenings, both at f/5.6 and ISO 3200. Gotta love that D3. This is the view from my office. Unfortunately, I will probably be moving down to a lower floor at some point in the not too distant future.
Can't afford an account that allows image posting here, but here are a couple Golden Gate Bridge shots using the 5d classic and a C/Y Zeiss 85mm Sonnar T* 2.8:
Beautiful GG bridge shot with the low fog.
Wish I had known about those perfect conditions, I would have driven up there from South Bay.
Thanks, Wayne! Somehow the word got around, because it was packed with photographers this morning! I wasn't sure if the fog was low enough and almost didn't go, but I'm glad I did in the end.

Woohoo! Representin' the 85 2.8! What body were these shot with? NEX? Gotta be a crop, looks a higher FL and a closer MF distance than on FF. I'm loving this lens on my new 5N, btw.
I love the way you (and some other) FMers shoot; you always manage to show off the lens, and/or good lighting, at least as much as you're showing off your wit as a photographer or the beauty of what is in front of you.
Cheers,
Bryan
Wow, very kind words! Not sure it's due in my case but some others here certainly deserve it.
I'm on the GH1 and pretty much all the shots I post are meant to show some aspect of the lens - so you nailed it on that one. The F/8 and f/11 processed postcard shots like Thrice and others here have mastered are beyond my patience for the most part. Sometimes I try, but usually I'm just snapping "here's what this lens looks like" kinds of shots.
