I bought this lens for a trip to Galapagos a few years ago, and haven't used it since.
It looks and functions like new, and all glass elements and the barrel are pristine. There are fewer than usual of the typical light scuff marks on the hood. The date code is UT (2005 manufacture).

The lens was ideal for that trip, and is the lightest and most convenient way to shoot any nature trip by land or boat where you are with a group and limited in how much gear you can carry. It is also great for outdoor sports.
Comes with all original items: tripod ring, lenshood, front and rear caps, bag, box, strap, book, and warranty card (expired). It is a US model, not "imported".
