1. The word 'Auto' troubles me. Will it work only with Mamiya AF lenses? I'm asking because I only have MF lenses: 120/4 and 35/3.5.
2. Will it work with the 35/3.5 at all? To the best of my knowledge a 36mm extension tube and a 35mm lens means that I will only be able to focus if the object nearly touches the front element, right?
3. Any interest in a F30 as a trade?
4. Will you be willing to ship internationally?

I wish I could help, this Item was purchased by Mistake, and not having used this particular Ext. Tube, not even one, I will not be able to give you the answer you are asking for, I hope you can find the answers you are looking for by searching, as far as trade I have no use for the F30, and yes shipping Internationally is no problem, but shipping charges will be on you.
