Will sell the mount for $100 pp'd and shipped conus. The phillips screwdriver, grease tube, and plastic tool can be included for $10 more.
I tried this conversion briefly, and it works. It's a nice quality mount. However, I found that I prefer focusing via the viewfinder on my 5D with Ee-S rather than via rangefinder/liveview on the Nikon. It is hard to focus by viewfinder only with the stock Nikon screen.
Will consider trade for Leica to EOS with programmable AF chip.
