Here is the plate in 6x12. Designed for two full size DSLR remotes or for use as a low angle super telephoto (think 400 2.8/500/600/800) plate.

The 6x12 plate with 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 hardware is just $105 EACH total shipped to your door in the continental US.

Do they come with the ballhead and plate? How about one for a wide angle?

Matt, the ball head is not included. They are like $50 at B&H. I have a few plates in black and a few in red.
