Pro shop which never has them and never knows when they are getting them. I waited a month for my M10 from NPS and then cancelled the order after repeated 'we dont know when they'll come in'. I ordered the Markins Q3 ballhead on 12/27/08 and they shipped on 12/29....initially the UPS tracking said it would be delivered on 01/02/09 which I thought was great for ground shipping then.....the anticipated delivery date went blank but I continued to follow the package's progress through the UPS system.
