One of the most beautiful and sharpest lens I've owned. I am the original owner, bought locally here in N. Virginia on June 27, 2005

not a single mark on it, comes with everything as new, never been further than 50ft away from my house, still have all plastic packaging, etc.

both the Nikon and Canon 200s perform equally well, and I love both of them, with the advantage of VR makes the Nikon easy to handheld.

I will include my original sales receipt and name of the photo shop owner if you need verification.

I got two identical copies at the moment, can only keep one.

This lens is special. One of the main reasons I got a D2x. I sold my 200 1.8 off and this lens makes me forget about it totally. The VR actually makes this usable for me without a monopod. Someone will love this.
