If you receive a PM or Email from someone with a WTB or FS offer without a selling thread, report it immediately to the moderator.

How to RED-FLAG a thread:
If you are a Buy and Sell subscriber with more than 100 posts, you will be able to RED-FLAG suspicious activitiy on the Buy and Sell boards.
When you reply to a thread, you will see a link "RED-FLAG this thread" on your post subject line. See the example below:
Once you click on the link, a pop-up message will appear for confirmation.
There is an option to UN-FLAG the thread if you change your mind.
After three members RED-FLAG a thread, the red warning sign will appear at the top of the thread. After five members RED-FLAG the same thread, it will be locked automatically and a notice will be sent to the moderator.
The RED-FLAG system can only be used twice a day by qualified members. In order to qualify, you must be a subscriber with over 100 posts.
This process should only be used to alert other members of suspected fraud or potential scams. Any abuse of the RED-FLAG system could result in having your account suspended or blocked. Other thread complaints such as, missing price or content issues not related to suspicious activity should be REPORTED to the moderator instead.
Thankyou Fred for addressing this issue...though this won't completely eliminate the possibility of scammers, it is another tool available to the FM members and is a warning to potential scammers that this board is pro-actively monitored and they should go elsewhere.

Subscriber number of posts = 100
RED-FLAGs per day = 2
Number of RED-FLAGS for "Warning" = 3
Number of RED-FLAGS to lock thread = 5
