Selling my 2 week old Mac Mini, bought it as a second desktop for the house, but it just sat there unused for the 1st week, so I just boxed it back up. It is in new condition. Only issue is I ended up registering the iLife suite, so it would not be included once I restore it.

Price is $550 PPed and shipped & insured.
