I've seen this type of thing in old houses in upstate New York - the mason would angle the chimney to exit the roof at or near the apex. Can't say I've seen one of these on the ground. Stone henge ...

I shot this in a forest with abandoned scale models of waterworks.
The bricks made no sense to me. I guess there are some missing parts here.

Chris, that is a fascinating image. It has the look of faux bricks made of rubber ...a great illusion. I suspect this bricklayer may have gotten his training/inspiration from looking at the Leaning Tower of Pisa

There was another tower of bricks but too far away to be once connected with.
If I revisit one day I will try to solve the mystery.
