I bought this great lens in March. of 2012 from Sears. I probably used it about 5 times, but less than 10 for sure. There is no marks on the body or Glass.

Includes box, hood, papers, as if you where to buy it new. warranty card has not been filled out . So this is great news for you plus it comes with a Kalt CIR-PL Filter
