Used, but not often. I purchased one, and then shortly thereafter was given a second one, which has only been used on a handful of occasions. It is in good condition, and includes the zippered pouch and lanyard. I marked it as a 9 because hoodloupes are dust and lint magnets, so it isn't perfect looking. $50 OBO
Edited to add: In the photo below, it looks like there are bunch of scratches/smudges in the lens. It is actually reflections of my hand taking the picture.
