This has been my go to lens since I went digital. have now gone to FX.
Item includes all original items - box, fabric case lens caps, hood, manual and warranty card. Optically the lens is like new. Scuff marks only evident on rings where hood attaches, otherwise looks great to me.

Have only the used the belt once or twice. The belt attachement and camera attachment have been used and show normal wear.
Great way to carry for hiking, I still use but attache to Think Tank.
