This adapter ring is designed to be used with the "Voigtländer VM mount lenses" and "Voigtlander VL screw mount lenses with M/L adapter" as well as with "Carl Zeiss ZM lenses" and "Leica M lenses" on an E-mount digital camera body (NEX 5n, Nex 7, other Sony video camcorders, etc)
Like NEW condition (purchased a few months ago) and everything works smoothly. There are some marks on the ring itself, but I would consider that very light wear. If you're looking for a high quality Leica M to NEX lens adapater, here it is.
