Check page 385 of the manual. system status display, it is called methinks.
... I would think one of the more important things to consider would be … How much video use did the camera get … ?
I have heard that things get pretty warm inside and heat sinks are used only in the “C” version.

I have a feeling that Canon made the assumption that it won't matter to be precise when the shutter is rated at 400K and designed to be used heavily. I've got 180K on mine. Is anyone going to care whether it's 180000 or 180999? I doubt it.
