I'm selling my Canon EF 600mm F/4L IS USM. I purchased this as a new, USA model about three years ago with the intention of using it for sports photography. It never made it beyond the back deck as is likely evident by it's condition. I can't find a single mark on the lens anywhere. Just had to own one... once.
This sale includes all the original items that come with a 600 F4 as new which are:
Lens
Hood
Leather front cover
Drop in filter holder and UV filter
Case
Keys
Manual
Neck strap
Original shipping box
All items are pictured, No other items are included.
As you likely know if you are viewing this, these are seemingly unavailable new and if one was available they are approx $9.3K. The Mark II version has been delayed repeatedly and will be $13K when ultimately released. I'm pricing this at $7395. While not really entertaining offers at this time, if one were to drop by unannounced, I'd certainly offer it a glass of water while making it obvious I was glancing at my watch ;^). Happy to talk with you via phone, PM me your #.

"While not really entertaining offers at this time, if one were to drop by unannounced, I'd certainly offer it a glass of water while making it obvious I was glancing at my watch ;^)." Elmore Leonard would be proud.
Nice glass. I would snap this up in an instant if it weren't for the large sums of cash required to do so.

Appreciate the comment Mike, A little embarrassed to say I had to Google Elmore Leonard though, hope I didn't steal that quote
As my Dad always said (more in reference to sports cars), If he couldn't afford to own two of them.... etc. I didn't take his advice about a lot of things, turns out he was right just about 100% of the time. If only that $7.6K had been Apple stock three years ago

Very nice lens. It does look brand new from the photos! Maybe you could take it for a trip up here to the Canadian Rockies this summer and we could give it a new home?

Rick I used to go up to Golden every August though it's been a few years now. If I still have it in a couple of months I'll pm you.
