Was just out testing my Leica R 24/2.8 on the NEX-7 for the first time, I'm not reaching infinity
So I need to find out which is out, the lens, the R-EOS adapter or my EOS-NEX adapter, both adapter just arrived today.
So far the IQ looks good.

Bought Carsten's Contax 645 body and also added the 140mm Sonnar to my C645 lens collection. I now have the 80, 120 and 140. My goal is to add the 35 and 55, then I'm set. Time to shoot some film...

Came across an older gentlemen that had a local ad on CL. A Chinon CE-4 body, an Ultranar 28/2.8, an Auto Chinon 50/1.9 and a Soligor 70-222/3.5 macro. Yes, 70-222. Been wanting a 50 prime, so yay. This Soligor though, man, this thing is beefy and weighs in at around 2.5lbs. The MFD on the macro is insaaaane! MFD is in the neighborhood of 1 inch.
Glass is spotless, no oil on blades, apertures are smooth and snappy. Hoya UV on the 50, Popular 1A on the 70-222. I have no use for the Ultranar. Something tells me my Yashica DX 28/2.8 is better. Gonna start a separate thread on the ultranar since I can't find ANY info on the net about it. Maybe someone here knows. What little info I could find on the Soligor 70-222 is very positive. Can't wait for the adapters to come in so I can play with these! Will try and get some pics up later.

At last, a Zeiss ZE 100/2 on its way to me (from Italy.) Been none for ages, then up pops a new one (fully tax paid and not "grey") for only £50 more than I'd set to get a used one! I leapt on it. Having to be frugal for the next couple of months!
Now I can do another comparison between the OM 100/2 and Tokina 100/2.8 macro and the ZE.

i've posted some in the NEX thread, probably didn't label them any differently though. i've been too busy to install the aperture linkage i cobbled together this week so the lens hasn't seen much use.

I recently purchased a Carl Zeiss 35/2 ZF and use it with a focus confirm adapter on my 5D2. The ZF lenses are skinny compared to the ZE versions, still looks good but different.

Not certain this is alt, just paid for a super clean Kodak SLR/C with 1085 shutter actuations.
Wonder how the converted Contax N 85/1.4 will work with this?

Just picked up my first Leica lens.A 1961 35 f2.8 Summaron.A gem of a lens that performs very well on the Nex 7.
Also i could not resist picking up a Leica 90 f4 M39 Mount for a song.Is on its way.
