Nice photos, Jim.
If you like the C 150/3.5 N, you should try the A 150/2.8 - it'll blow your socks off.
Well, I can relax. Crisis over.
I just got back from a jaunt up to Washington state, and had to force myself to use the 150mm Mamiya. It's just too darned long. The photos were nice enough, but I'd have been better off taking the Mamiya 80mm macro, and leaving the Leica R 60 macro and Mamiya 150mm.
What I really needed on the trip was a nice (budget) 35mm lens. I used the Zeiss ZF 25/2.8 the most. No news flash there. But managed a few nice shots with the Samyang 14/2.8 (another Alt recent purchase).

I decided to jump into vintage lenses this week, checked Craigslist, and one guy had these for sale, so I bundled them and got them for around 100$. From the research I did, I think it was a good haul. Now just waiting for the m42 adaptor
Super Takumar 55 1.8
Super Takumar 105 2.8
Super Takumar 135 3.5
Mamiya Sekor 50 1.4
Vivitar 28 2.8

Yashica 50 2.0

I just bought a Fuji GW690III (Texas Leica). I've not shot 6x9 film before. According to the internet the the 90/3.5 lens is awsome. Can't wait to see the results.

Added the FD 24mm f/2.8 to my kit, which is turning out to be a really stellar buy. It's very sharp with nice contrast and color, and at $150, is hard to beat for the price. Using it on my A7 II, and it was the last link to complete my FD lineup. Well, I shouldn't say complete, as I may add a 17/4 at some point in the future.

6 x 9 film is AMAZING. I used to have a Fuji GSW690. That started my now life long love affair with Fuji cameras (dont listen to the drooling morons). Fuji medium format lenses are awesome. I shoot 6 x 7 now, but am tempted every now and then to get back into 6 x 9.
I too can't wait to see your results. Be sure to shoot some E-6 film like Velvia. A 6 x 9 slide is truly a thing of beauty.

I concur. I started with the GW690 Mk I and also now own a GA645. Two scans of E-6 slides taken with the GW690 are here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsk6qMYtd

Zeiss FE 55mm f/1.8 - a lens I blasted when it was announced because I thought $1K for an f/1.8 normal was insane. It still sort of is insane, but it's so good optically that I can forgive a lot.

I couldn't resist the Zeiss Otus 55mm f:1.4. I hate heavy lenses, and even more so when they are expensive, so I thought I could try it out, there was no way I could love that thing, let alone lust for it. But the flesh is weak...
