I had the older "silver" m39 one, 133mm?
It had 20 blades also.
Sadly, was stolen.
I remember it was okay, didn't use it enough.
I dunno if I posted pics or not...

Hi,
Picked up my first Russian optic (for cameras...) during a recent trip to Germany (mint in original tube case). Don't really know much about this one (Tair-11A MC 135mm f2.8, M42 mount), but it has presets on aperture, and 20 blades for the iris. If anyone has some insights on this glass, please let me know...
Going to try it on film (EOS1V-HS) and digital for a bit...

Picked up a Pentax SMC-M 50mm f/1.7 for my X-Pro 1. Even found an NIB original hood for it. Never saw one before. I think it's a good size for the X-Pro 1 since it is functionally a 75mm. It's quite easy to focus as well thanks to the focus peaking update.

Leica 180/3.4 APO (pre-E60) in user condition cosmetically, but excellent optically. Scheduled to show up this coming Friday.
I'll be purchasing a Leitax R to Nikon F mount conversion with CPU chip for use on my D800 (and via F-m43 adapter a Panasonic GX-7 when that gets released and I can get my hands on one).

Even though I love my little CV APO-Lanthar 180/4, I may someday have to get the 180/3.4.
Meanwhile, I've now got a Summicron-M 28/2 on the way. I already have the latest Elmarit-M 28, so I'll be seeing if the extra stop (and, depending on who you ask, little extra "something") that the Cron has is worth the price and size/weight difference.
If it is, the Elmarit will go, and probably one of my 35mm lenses as well.

I just picked up a Tamron Adaptall 2 180mm f2.5 Slight filter ring damage but glass and everything else looks great. Looks very sharp. I am looking for a hood or ideas for do it yourself hood. Aslo looking to get the filter ring repaired if possible. I have a good shop in Madison called BDC Camera for repair.
Pictured here on my E-PL5 but probably best used on my 5D or 60D and tripod.
Any one know how much weight the E-PL5 mount can take?

Just picked up a Nikon 105 2.5 AI to use on a 6D. It joins a Helios 44-2, Spiratone 135 2.8, Tak 200 2.8, and soon a Sigma 300 2.8 EX DG. The only Canon lenses I kept were the 180 3.5 and 85 1.8. I sold off all of my other Canon kit and switched to this setup and an happier with the results. I may try out the Nikon 200 2 to replace the Tak though.

The 180/3.4 showed up yesterday and needed some TLC, it got the TLC, but now I have to wait for the Leitax mount to show up and a new spring for the ball detent. Hopefully in a week I'll have both and can throw it on the D800 to see how it goes.

Came across brand new, inexpensive, boxed NEX3C+16/2.8 kit and bought it as another back up.
BTW:My recently acquired M42 EBC Fujinons have now their fins grinded out so yesterday I took them out for testing.Very nice lenses - color, sharpness and bokeh.

And today Canon FD 50/1.4 chrome nose. They say that like 55/1.2 chrome nose it has SSC coating already but no red SSC engraving yet.And it feels even more solid/heavier than later SSC.We'll see.

This came today. Original plan is to keep the lens and sell the body after I use it enough for review, but if it grows on me, I may end up keeping the body too. We'll see.
