NEX-6, FE 55/1.8. It took me about 10 frames to decide this lens could very ably replace my 85 1.2, for what I need it for. Can't wait to see what it does on the A6000 Turbolux.

Season of Tilt Week 15, Saturday - Meet Sweet 35
"While I've been shooting quite a lot with the Edge 80 (and I love it), I need to familiarize myself better with Sweet 35. The Sweet 35 is a totally different lens compared the Edge 80. It's a 35mm drop in optic with a 12-blade adjustable aperture ranging from f/2.5 to f/22. Unlike Edge 80, which has a flat focus field, Sweet 35 creates a sharp sweet spot of focus surrounded by blur. [...]"
Some images today with the Nex 7 and 35 1.8. Just hanging out on a Sunday afternoon. My son, Austin, is really working hard on his goal keeper skills. Working at home non-stop to develop his reaction time. I am really liking what I am getting from the Nex 6 and 7. I have been tempted by the A7 on several occasions, but keep coming back to the lenses I have, and the cost to switch systems.
Edit: "why are the sizes different, with the same export values for each image? Am I missing something!"

bert85, those are some impressive colors coming off that sensor! How do you like the 6000, does it have a Nex 7 feel to it? Nice work.
I never owned a nex 7, as I used the 5n and than the 6. I really like the A6000, although it is made of plastic, it feels quit nice to me. The A6000 has more buttons and is more configurable than the NEX6. I am also starting to love the new sensor in combination with the new processor. It has a much faster AF compared to the NEX6. The colors seems to be more realistically and i can crop extremely due to the high resolution of the sensor.
