Tarocco, is the first shot from the Pulgas Ridge Open Space? The second shot really pops, nicely done.

If I haven't bored you enough with my SOOC bw's.

Fujian 35mm, to echo what pascal has already demonstrated, is a fun little lens. Bright when it needs to be, and close focusing.

And of course, one more from my new whipping boy, the siggy 19mm, straight into the sun.

I agree as well. I have actually had superb results from it - moreso than the 16mm.

Tarocco, love that G45 shot. You working with the 5N?

corposant, the milky smooth bokeh of that cron is just remarkable. How much post did you do?

Thanks! Yep, 5N. I picked it up during the great NEX-7 shortage of 2011. I thought I would like the option of leaving the EVF off for a smaller package but I'm totally addicted to the viewfinder now.
I find the touchscreen useful so I think I'll wait it out for the inevitable 7N.

TeamSK jay - yes, that is Pulgas Ridge - really great eye!

Processed some from my Sony E-Mount 55-210mm TEST on a NEX-7. Definitely some outer 2/3rds CA wide open especially at the extremes of the FL.

But I do say, it does show a slight amount of 3D.

The lighting was really bad this day, very cloudy and dreary.

An unusually colorful lens though, I only added about +10 vibrance or saturation to these, most +0 saturation.

In the 100% view, pretty cool you can see all the duck teeth, did'nt know they had fine teeth.

Pretty decent tracking performance (wide open)
