Always a pleasure to look at all your beautiful pictures...
Here some samples with one of my cheapest lens, the Fujian Tv 1.7/35mm (C mount), not bad I think for a 10$ lens ....
about f4:
and between f2 and f2.8:
100% crop wide open:
and an other one with my CZ sonnar 1.5/50mm (contax mount) wide open:
quite soft wide open (may be I miss the focus!) but I like the background rendering.....

Hi Pascal, nice shots. How are you using the Contax-mount 50/1.5? I thought they didn't have a focusing helical? Or am I thinking of another lens?
Thanks...yes that's true, I'm using the mount from an old Contax cam and fixed with some tape on a C mount adapter .....it's the only solution I founded, it's not so nice to look at but it works (I also don't have infinity..)!!!! The adapter with helicoid is too expensive for me, that's a shame because it's a very fine lens with a lot of caracter ....
If someone on this forum want to trade this lens with the LTM mount versie, I would be more than happy ....

@pascall looks like a fine lens. It's $35 @ ebay .
well, I've got mine for about 10$ (included with the C mount adapter ) but even 35$ stays a good deal I think!

I'm not Pascal, but you can get a Contax RF to M-mount adapter (that comes with a helical), and then have mount it on an M-mount to NEX adapter. It works well enough.

Thanks, I just noticed that these are available. Pretty pricey though (~$250). I have an old Nikon RF 50 1.4 lying around, but I'll have to decide whether the adapter's worth it. I already have an LTM mount Jupiter-3 which is a similar Sonnar.
Now if somebody made a similar adapter for Contax G to get around the awkward lens-driven focusing, I'd gladly pay $250, since that would work for a whole set of lenses that I use much more often.
Tarocco, nice set. #2 tops it but the little blurry dog shot is awesome still!
Corposant, very nice beach shot, great comp with the background - maybe the thing should have been offset somewhat. Just a thought, great shot regardless.
Jabber, what lens is that? A wild guess would be the CV35/1.2 just because of those nice colors.
