I'm delighted with the 35 and 50 Lux ASPH on the 5n. Ordered a 21/3.4 ASPH i'll be getting next week, and hope that's good as well. Can't wait to try it out!

I will be putting a silver LTM CV15 on the B&S soon, in case you are interested. I just need to photograph my 35 Lux ASPH I and M8.u and then all that and my 28 Cron ASPH and 90 Cron ASPH will be up.
Oh, what are you going for after selling all that stuff? If the 90 cron weren't so costly, I'd buy that :P how much are you planning on selling the 15 for?

Carsten, I must have missed the back story, but you are leaving Leica completely? Not even keeping lenses for the nex?

thanks for the notice, i for one am totally cool with you linking to the b&s ad here.
Good question. I normally ship with DHL, which would cost 36 Euro for shipping, and 18 Euro for insurance to 500 Euro. However, DHL will not insure items above 500 Euro to the US, which is almost everything I buy and sell. In other words, the shipping is too expensive for small stuff, and not well enough insured for larger stuff.
I was surprised to see that they don't insure to the States. Generally they don't insure above 500 Euro to risky countries, like certain African countries, China, and so on, but I don't know why the States is in this category. It might have something to do with the culture of leaving things on people's doorsteps, which is not done here, which would drive up the cost of insurance.
I can of course also ship with UPS or FedEx or something else, but I am not familiar with their rates, and their websites somehow never give accurate estimates. I would guess around 75-100 Euro, but I could be off.

that's too bad. i'll probably continue to buy from the states then unless you are offering some super sweet deals.
Received my first two Contax G's (goodbye, 7D!). First test images are amazingly sharp, contrasty, and detailed. I'm hooked. What do I need next? I picked up the 45 and 90.
I have quite a few 28s.....the CY 28/2.8 and the Contax G 28/2.8 seems very on par with each other. The G is lighter and maybe has a hair (and a very very small hair) more contrast, the CY works with more different cameras and has a much better focusing ring, the CY focuses closer which can be useful. I don't think you can go wrong with either. Although, if money were no issue, I'd love to see some pics from a CY 28/2 on a nex.
Michelle, if you love the 45 and 90, go with the 28. Not only is it very good, but that will also keep the adapter issue (buy, carry, change) from escalating.

Yes mco, as been suggested: if you're into the G's the 28 is the obvious choice - tops that bunch and is what I mostly have on the camera. It enables you to keep the adapter on the cam and switch lenses only.
The 28-45-90 is a neat package. Two small leather pouched lenses in the pockets/small bag - and one on the camera. Size/Price/IQ/Beauty quotas for that set is unbeatable however you combine the factors :-)
What's missing is a WA coping with the others. ZM18 is a good choice but costs more than that excellent trio combined. And it's slow.
