Hoping it will have peaked and or they'll have an antidote by the time we're due to fly back on 1st July

Phong - great sunshine colours. Along with Andy's beach shots making me very jealous on top of being forced to cancel April's trip to Florida.
Quite a contrast to last week's cold, wet, dreary Scotland

Still looks cold but what a landscape. it just goes to show that most times, we just can't have it all.

I will say the same about this set, Serge. In fact about all your Fuji shots. I really like the colours. They have a very natural look about them. Way back in the day I had a Fujifilm Finepix super zoom for a bit, the colours were remarkable. Your pictures remind me a lot about it. There's been a blow out sale on the X-H1 here in a number of online shops. It's the kit with the grip for less than the price of a Z50. It has been so tempting but I've stayed strong and bought some Nikon glass instead. ...Show more →
Same here to me. I can acquire brand new fuji+grip at pristine condition on Fred.
Remaining seated to Z line.
Rafael, I love those mission shots, and the coin photographs really show off the quality of the 105 bellows setup.
They also show off the crazy amount of detail on the coins btw
Samy, the spiders were the cause. I found that with the 55mm I covered far too much of te ugly backgrounds, so I started searching for a manual micro Nikkor. I figured the 200mm was a bit too long, the 105 about right, but I just did not feel paying north of $150 for one.
Then I started thinking further in the direction of product photography. Something I think I will enjoy, and I have some projects lined up there. Again, spending $750 on a 85 f2,8 PC (or more) was not really something I wanted to do.
After asking around and doing some research I came across the 13,5cm f4 Nikkor combined with a shift/tilt bellows and immediately figured that this would be a great addition to my set of lenses, giving me plenty of interesting scenarios to play around with.
So in the end I spent around $400 for the 13,5cm f4 and the Nikon PB-4 bellows.
That's what I thought Buddy. So we will be seeing some arachnophobia warnings here soon
Ken, there's RC clubs I found here online. Let's see if things calm down enough in a couple months for those kinds of activities. FL birding will have to await.
Itīs been a while since I last posted. Have been shooting very little to none the past six months, mostly been working and havenīt really had the lust to pick up the camera....Iīve been following the thread and all of your great works most of time even though.
I hope everyone is fine in these corona times!!
We had some really nice weather in Malmö yesterday, it mustīve been the first time we had a full day of sun since uhhmmm....I canīt even remember when. The blue sky put me out there yesterday. I brought my D800, 105/2.5 ais and the NC24/2.8 ai. Hereīs a few shots from yesterday.

Andy, nice portrait of your wife with the 20 UD. Must be a smaller sensor so you don't get the wide angle distortion.
Thanks Samy, I hadn't thought about it but yes you're right. I am still waiting on my reducer from China so making do with the dumb converter but I am at least remembering the crop factor when choosing a lens to put on the camera before I go out.
