Colin, I did not know that you could select the CPU bank to show up in the top LCD. Will have to try that tonight to see if it works with the D700 and D800. That would be very handy.
Lestor and Jay, nice pics with the 50 1.2 and 24 PC-E.
More with the vintage film gear. This is with a 1932 Leica II and a 1953 10.5cm f2.5 PC, LTM version. Film is Delta 100. Everything working like clockwork, six, eight decades later.
Rafael, terrific clouds. Glad you're ok. Patty and I had a similar accident on the 5 freeway a few months ago. Very slow traffic and big bimmer just plowed into the back of our car. Everyone was ok and the other driver had good insurance and took responsibility, but my car was nearly totaled. The manager of the body shop said they've been incredibly busy from all the crashes caused by distracted drivers.
Anyway, here are a few from a really colorful sunset a few days ago. The first two were taken with the 28/2.8 ais and the last one with the 180/2.8 ED ais.

Rafael, sorry to hear about your mishap, and glad to know you yourself were not hurt.
Wow Jeff, what colors!!! Or colours
Lestor, great series from Kerala, looking forward to more from your trip.
Ken, amazing black and whites from eastern Oregon!! My only visit to Oregon was ~5 years ago for a conference in Portland. Got rained on climbing up to Multmonah Falls.
Philippe, superb shot of concentration by that gentleman.
Jay, good capture of the colorful interior of the church.
Joseph, wow, superb light in Hawaii. After watching a few episodes of the Hawaii 5-0 show, its definitely on my list to go with a couple of cameras and lenses.
