Siphiwe, wow putting one of those nasty adapters on the Z50. I would never use one of those hollow tubes on a camera. Great capture of the rose.
A 2013 photo that won a Leica C (Typ 112) and $350 in a contest that was inspired while cooking my breakfast. I squinted my eyes and saw all the colors on the stove top. I literally ran for my D800 and 28mm f2.8 ais, because I wanted the shot before the yolks got too cooked. Ate the breakfast - entered the contest and promptly forgot all about it. About 4-5 months later my PayPal account got a deposit and a cardboard box with mainly German writing showed up in my garage - "oh yeah" - a nice surprise. I apologize if this was shared before.
This seems like a good time for a few images from Olympic National Park, to keep things moving while Leighton readies himself to pick up a Zf . These are brought to you courtesy of my Fuji X-T4, Lens Turbo II and either 50 f/1.2 Ai-s (first two) or 16 f/3.5 Ai fisheye (third one).
I love this shot Mike.
It has many of the elements that tick my boxes - colorful night time images after the rain and the use of a 50/2.
I am a big fan of that lens. What ISO did you use on this. It looks very clean. Did you use a tripod?
I read that the IBIS is excellent on the Zf. I am always impressed by what my Z6ii can do under low light conditions.
Sounds like you need a Zf too, to as Steve puts it... Nikon on Nikon.

Man, I thought Curtis was the only devil around here.

Thanks, Colin. This was 1/200 at iso320 so ibis didn't really help much with this one. It is exceptional though when needed. I can take it down to like 1/4" and still get sharp handheld shots pretty consistently.

Leighton, The longer you wait - the more they depreciate. Pick a price you would be willing to pay, and you can plot out an approximate purchase date.
