Lucia was a lot of fun to watch, this young lady can float like a butterfly. Sadly, she suffered severe muscle cramps late in the third set and was unable to finish the match.

It is still 100 Degrees plus outside, not going out. The beach is cooler but this time of the year there is no room there for any more people.
More indoor photos. This is the useless on digital (so far) 2.1cm reflex mount. I have purchased and returned 4 of these aa complete kit at full price, but the lenses, or the rear cap, or the flimsy Nikon plastic viewfinder are always damaged as the lens is difficult to handle an mount, it can even lock up the rear cap.
Anyway, I found one in great condition with no finder or caps for $250, so here it is with one of my extra caps and a Contax viewfinder that is much better made that the flimsy Nikon one.
Looking into getting the Voigtlander Nikon F reflex viewfinder base.....maybe.
Tried an infrared comparison with the 665nm converted 5D and 16mm f3.5 ai, and the 12-24mm f4 afs on the D7200 with the 720nm screw on filter. (link here) The exposure differential was extreme with converted camera = 1/500th of a second @ iso 100, and the screw on filter = 1 full second @ iso 320. Both hand held - the 1 second shot with the camera pressed onto a table. I also noticed a cross hatch like noise on the D7200 files shadows possibly due to such a long exposure.
Belfast, Northern Ireland iirc (rather than Eire [the Republic of Ireland]) but either way still in Europe 😁 just not mainland Continental Europe I guess.
Yes, the UK is still in Europe as well before you ask 😉 (just not the EU after Brexit)
(And of course John DeLorean was American)

A DeLorean made in Ireland is nor European, is it!?
I was planning to go to a classic car show today, but the weather was prohibitive. So instead, I'll settle for posting my remaining photos from the Comox show from a couple of weeks ago. The first two are a couple of oddities I found around the show, in monochrome, including a truly unique hood ornament. The other four are just a selection of vehicles from various angles. Please see the captions for lenses used.
Too busy these days to even just process some photos, Some more from the same outing with 55/1.2. from a several pages back. Dreamy rendering at 1.2 is quite lovely.

This 1972 Lamborghini Espada was found in a container in 2017 after 20 years. It had been hidden after US customs had attempted to seize it on import from the UK.

I really like to orange glow from the 28mm 1:2, is it the lens or the prcessing Glen?
Love the dusty ones Andy.
I did not go to the car show as the weather was brutal (105F), here are some older photos pretending to be old cyanotype:

Luka,
I really like the last one and now you have me re-thinking my lens choices for a trip in Scotland in a week's time.
Maybe time to leave my IR camera kit and Z-glass and at home and devote some quality time to MF on the Z6.
